Can you flashback Ancestral Vision?

Ancestral Vision’s mana cost is an enigma wrapped in a mystery. Actually, Ancestral Vision doesn’t have a mana cost at all.

Can you snapcaster Ancestral Vision?

Snapcaster Mage won’t let you cast Ancestral Vision with flashback because the flashback cost is equal to Ancestral Vision’s mana cost, which is nonexistent and can’t be paid (note that the flashback cost is equal to the mana cost, not the converted mana cost).

Can you flashback suspend cards?
