Does Snozone have changing rooms?
Due to current restrictions, we are no longer offering changing room facilities, so all guests must arrive ready and suitably dressed for their activity. Guest’s footwear will be exchanged for ski boots / snowboard boots at the equipment hire desks. Snozone asks you to arrive 45 minutes before your activity starts.
Do you need to wear a helmet at Snozone?
You are welcome to bring your own helmet, otherwise they will be given out by one of our team members at the equipment hire desk. We also sell helmets in our shop. In Madrid, helmets are only mandatory for: children aged 12 and under and all guests participating in sledging, snobikes and freestyle activities.

What do you wear to Snozone?
You need to wrap up warm on the slope – it’s minus 5 degrees out there and gloves are a must! For hygiene reasons, we do not hire out gloves or socks. You must wear both whilst on the slope and can be purchased in our shop. Please bring warm, waterproof jacket and trousers with you to change into.

Fun Activities Warm clothes, gloves and a hat are ideal. Also, sturdy footwear with a good grip suitable for walking on snow is essential. Timberland type boots or wellington boots are perfect, if not, trainers are fine but they are likely to get wet, so please bring a change of footwear.
