Is Fate/Zero the first in the series?

If you want to follow the “proper” order, you should watch first Fate/Zero, then Fate/Stay Night UBW from ufotable (not the movie version) and finally the movie Fate/Stay Night: Heaven’s Feel. However, ufotable put a lot of references in FSN: UBW that will fly over your head if you haven’t watched Fate/Zero.
Should I watch Fate/Zero or Heaven’s Feel first?
Fate/Zero is the prequel to FSN, so it’s recommended watching that way. Then there’s the 2006 series and UBW movie that are decent shows, but just don’t match up in production values as the Ufotable versions. Also, you can watch Heaven’s Feel anytime after Fate/Zero as that’s an alternative route.
