What is the RPAH diet?

The Royal Prince Albert Hospital diet or RPAH elimination diet, also known as the FAILSAFE diet, is an elimination diet to help identify food chemical sensitivities or intolerance symptoms.

What are low chemical foods?

What is a low salicylate diet?

A low salicylate diet means that you carefully eat foods that contain no salicylate or that are low in salicylate, and you avoid high salicylate food. This diet may reduce symptoms of salicylate intolerance.
