With the exception of Sphero RVR, the batteries in Sphero robots cannot be replaced. Sphero robots were designed to be durable and waterproof – because of this, the outer polycarbonate shells are fused together. Sphero Mini’s shell is not fused together, but the battery cannot be replaced.
