How do you use balance complete?
Add 3 scoops of Balance Complete to 200 ml cold water. May be mixed with rice, almond or other milk. Shake, stir or blend until smooth. For added flavour, add fruit or culinary essential oils.
Is balance complete gluten free?
A Balance Complete does contain some milk products so those with lactose sensitivities should proceed with caution. However, it includes a complementary enzyme blend that should help alleviate some concerns. Balance Complete is gluten free.
