How many CEUs do I need to renew my NASM certification?
2.0 Continuing Education Units
NASM-CPTs are required to earn 2.0 Continuing Education Units (20 contact hours) every two years in order to recertify. This includes 0.1 CEUs from the mandatory CPR/AED certification. CEUs are based upon contact hours – one contact hour is equivalent to 0.1 CEUs.
