Does Yamaha still make the KT100?

Sadly, it seems like the end of the legendary first 2 stroker kart motor for many classic simple motor to work on Yamaha KT100 that everyone and their grandmas run have finally died out or starting to go the way of the dinosaurs in club racing with the introduction of the LO206……… sad sad sad.
What fuel does a KT100 use?
KT100 I believe most run 8-10 ounces of oil per gallon of fuel with at least 110 octane race gas. 110 is often used, but it’s well above what they need. It makes tech easier and the lead is kind to bearings but they’ll run faster on a lower octane.
Whats the difference between kt100j and kt100s?
Member. The 100J is a completely different engine, different bore, stroke, fins, cases, and for the most part, never imported here. If you have an oil clutch on your engine, then it’s a long shaft ‘S’. You need a clutch puller for what ever clutch you have to remove it.
