Steam Locomotives are a form of Minecart added by the Railcraft mod. When provided with fuel and water they will move on their own, clearing any mobs from on the tracks in front of them. They accept any burnable fuel, from Sticks to Coal Coke, and need Water to run.

You can purchase them by going to the pause menu and clicking “Mineplex Store” from there you can buy whatever rank you would like to. The NPC’s in the lobby were removed so this is the only way you are able to purchase a rank. Keep in mind that ranks cost minecoins which you will have to purchase with actual money.
