Do QALO rings run big or small?
Our QALO Classic rings run a little snug because of how they’re cut. That’s okay! Just go with the next size up if you measure a half-size. Conversely, if you’re purchasing one of our Q2X or Athletics silicone rings, then you want to go to the next half size down.
Is QALO true to size?
Our Classic QALO rings run about a half size snug. So round UP in any of those rings. Example: traditional size 9 OR 9.5 rounds up to size 10. While any rings made of Q2X or the Athletics Perforated rings run more true to size.
Will QALO rings stretch out?
QALO rings have a natural stretch to them so that they are capable of comfortably being slid over knuckles and onto your finger. So over time, it is possible that they can stretch, but we haven’t heard of any QALO rings shrinking.

How tight should my silicone ring be?
The best fit for a silicone ring is one that is slightly snug so it “hugs” your finger and won’t be likely to fall off.
How should a QALO ring fit?
It’s snug, but you can get it off. Your ring should slide over the knuckle with a little resistance and friction, but not enough to cause pain. You should have to use little force to remove the ring when sliding it over the knuckle, but not have so much resistance that you need to break out the soap and water.

Do silicone rings run true to size?
The general rule of thumb with silicone ring sizing is that you always go one size down. You rock an eleven right now? Order a ten. This is because the silicone stretches after it’s been on, and then it’s “worn in” to your perfect finger size.

Fine rings are 2-2.5mm wide. Our most delicate style. Narrow rings are 5-7mm wide. A versatile width. Wide rings are 8-10mm wide. The most common width for larger hands. What is the best time to order a Qalo ring?
Your QALO ring will fit best if you size your finger at the end of your day. That’s when your finger is most likely to be at its largest size. If you measure your ring size in the evening, you are less likely to order a ring that is too small.
Will my Qalo ring fit better on my finger?
The silicone material used to construct our rings makes the sizing slightly different compared to metal wedding rings. If you are ordering from our Q2X™, Athletics, or perforated lines, we recommend sizing down. Your QALO ring will fit best if you size your finger at the end of your day.
