Where can I park at USC Marshall?
There are several parking lots on the USC campus. The closest parking lot for visitors to Leventhal is McCarthy Way Parking Structure, the entrance is located on Figueroa and McCarthy Way, between Jefferson and Exposition.
Does USC check parking?
All vehicles are required to have a valid USC PARKING PERMIT/ DAILY PASS AT ALL TIMES. All USC parking permits and daily passes must be displayed in accordance with our Rules and Regulations at all times when the vehicle is parked within the property.
Can freshmen have cars at University of South Carolina?
Freshmen residing off campus are allowed to have cars. Only Freshmen 21 years old and older that reside on campus are allowed to have cars.

Despite alternative modes of transport, many students who live around University Park still choose to drive to school because of its convenience.

Garage permits are available to any students, faculty or staff members on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified when applications for the academic school year become available. Garage permits are available by individual semesters or for both fall and spring semesters.
