How do I turn on my Innotek shock collar?
Insert batteries in the transmitter positive (+) side out. Before putting collar on dog, briefly touch the two red paper dots together to turn the collar on. ON – A brief, solid green light and tone indicate that the collar is on, ready to use. A green light will blink while the collar is on.
Why does my dog not respond to e-collar?
If BOTH contact points are not touching the dog’s skin, the dog will not perceive any sensation at all. This happens because the collar is on the dog too loose. When you are new to using an e-collar be aware that the fit is far snugger than any other collar you have likely put on your dog.
