How do you use spice pastes?
To use our spice pastes, simply do the following:
- Fry onions in oil until soft.
- Add some curry spice paste and gently cook for a few minutes.
- Next add your meat or vegetables and cook until sealed.
- Finally add some water and leave to simmer for 15-30 mins depending on the recipe.
How much water do you add to curry paste?
Saute 1 cup of curry paste in 2 teaspoons of oil, add 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil. Add the boiled and halved eggs, garam masala and coconut cream.
