How do I print a shipping label on TerraCycle?
As your box fills up, sign in to your TerraCycle account to print your free, prepaid shipping label. To find it, go to your Profile, then click “Send Us Your Waste.” The list of free recycling programs you participate in will appear. Click “Get Shipping Label” under the program you would like a shipping label for.
Does TerraCycle pay for shipping?
Shipping is always free and there are no sales tax for Zero Waste Boxes, Pallets, or Pouches. Zero Waste Boxes and Pouches will also come with a prepaid shipping label for return delivery.
How do I send back TerraCycle?
When your Zero Waste Box is full, simply tape the top opening shut. Your box will arrive with a prepaid return shipping label already attached! Check the label to see the shipping carrier, then drop off your sealed box at the carrier’s nearest location.

Unfortunately cling film cannot currently be recycled and should be put into your non-recyclable bin. The outer packaging and inner tubes that are made of cardboard can be placed in most household collections.
