Does Superboy come back to life?
The first three episodes of the second half of Young Justice season 4 reveal that Superboy is alive, suggesting the young hero was sent to the Phantom Zone. While the episodes do not mention the famous extradimensional prison from the Superman comics by name, there are several clues that hint at it.

Young Justice: Phantoms stunned fans when it killed Superboy/Conner Kent in a terrorist attack on Mars. Enough evidence was left behind to suggest the Apokoliptian bomb used by M’comm disintegrated Conner, crushing his friends and teammates.
How did Superboy come back to life?
Superboy was reanimated in the 30th Century by the Legion of Super-Heroes. Brainiac 5 used the Kryptonian technology that reanimated Superman after he was killed by Doomsday, combined with a lock of Lex Luthor’s hair to restore his life in order to help them defeat Superboy-Prime and his new Legion of Super-Villains.
What happened to Connor Kent?
He eventually returned to action, during the Infinite Crisis, where he was killed in battle against the alternate universe version of Clark, Superboy-Prime. Conner’s death greatly affected those close to him, particularly Wonder Girl and Robin, both of who made desperate attempts to resurrect Superboy.
