If you do the double Tarzan Swing, it’s only right you challenge your chum to see who can do the best Tarzan holler! Cannock Chase is home to the longest Go Ape obstacle course, which spans 1,465 metres across five different sections.

Are trainers OK for Go Ape?

We recommend ankle-supporting boots, but sneakers are fine too. We do not allow participants to wear sandals, open-toed or slip-on shoes. Participants must wear gloves. Gloves can be brought from home or are available for purchase at Go Ape.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty (gym clothes are perfect, but keep in mind the harness will sit on your upper thighs and waist, so longer shorts are best) and closed toe shoes such as sneakers or hiking boots.

Entry is free into the forest, however parking charges apply. The car park Pay & Display machines accept coin and card payments. You can also use RingGo at Cannock Chase Forest which allows you to pay for parking online or via an app.
