What is Cicatrin powder?

It is an antibiotic which has bactericidal activity against gram-negative aerobic bacilli and some anaerobic bacilli. This medicine is used to decrease the risk of infection after certain intestinal surgeries. Neomycin is used to prevent hepatic (liver) encephalopathy and hypercholesterolemia.
