CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — David Bett is the first runner to cross the finish line at the 2022 Cooper River Bridge Run! The Kenyan long-distance runner finished with an unofficial time of 28:16. Bett spoke with ABC News 4’s Scott Eisberg after crossing the finish line.
