What happens if client BGV fails?
Failing BGV means the organisation does not find you fit to join the role offered. It doesn’t mean you are not fit to work anywhere. Lastly, it also depends what is the reason of failing BGV. Usually, failure on basis of ethical/moral issues are taken very seriously.

Yes they will release offer letter once u got selection after minimum 3 to 4 weeks of working days.

This can be verified through an account statement of the candidate’s bank account. There is always a likelihood that these could be fake/forged payslips. So a thorough check with HR to confirm that the payslip is genuine is still recommended.

Does HCL pay variable pay?
As per the conditions mentioned by HCL in the offer letter, the organization is paying Advance Monthly Performance Bonus or an advanced variable pay based on the performance.
