You can’t do that anywhere… if you want to camp find a deserted place or go to a campsite. However, it is NOT illegal to sleep in your car/van/motorhome provided it is in an authorised place (even beach parkings were authorised places before covid19, and will return to being authorised once the bathing season ends).
