Last year, we found our A-team and they worked closely with our other mobile developers to create our new Mojo on the Go! for Android app. Today, we are happy to announce their work is complete, and the app is ready for you to download and begin using in the Google Play store!

Is there a way to freeze apps?
There are so many apps on Google Play Store that you can use to freeze apps. For example, Quarantine, Greenify, Brevent among others. Other phones such as Infinix and Tecno come with a “Freezer” app pre-installed, so you simply have to drag an app to the freezer folder to freeze it.
How do I freeze apps?
You can open the phone Settings, then go to Apps, from the list of installed apps, tap on the one you want to freeze/disable. If it is a system app that can be disabled safely, the option will show, if not the option will be greyed out.

Settings > Apps and Notifications > Go to that app > Click on force stop. That’s it, now your app is temporarily disabled until the next time you open that app.
Does freezing apps save battery?
Freezing an application that isn’t running in the background, a system application, shouldn’t have any effect on performance or battery life. Freezing an application you never use should have no consequence, since you never use it.
