How do I contact G2A support?

How long does it take G2A support to respond?

How do I get unblocked on G2A?
To verify your account we would need all the following evidence:
- Selfie ID -take a blank piece of paper and write down the current date and the word G2A.

Why is G2A charging me monthly?
If you notice a monthly payment to G2A, it means that you have an active G2A-related subscription. Log in to your G2A PAY account and open the “Subscriptions” tab to see if there are any active subscriptions.
Can I get a refund on G2A plus?
Once you cancel your G2A Plus subscription, all benefits will be still available to you until the subscription period ends. Make sure that you claim them before they expire. The G2A Plus subscription is not a refundable service.
Can you get a refund on G2A if you get scammed?
Take a screenshot of your latest Steam purchase history and your (failed) attempt to activate the key and anonymize them with a program like GIMP so that none of your account credentials can be leaked. Contact G2A support via email and attach your screenshots. You should get a refund in 1-2 days.
