How hard is REG CPA exam? Around 3 in 5 candidates who take the REG exam pass, so it’s hard, but no harder than any other section of the CPA exam (except maybe BEC). The key to passing REG will be using up-to-date study materials since the exam is updated yearly based on new laws and regulations.
