Why should Scotland not become independent?
The simple reason for that is that Brexit hasn’t happened yet – once we leave the European Union the economy is expected to take a huge hit, in Scotland and in the UK. An already delicate constitutional situation could be doing without the hand grenade of independence raising even more uncertainty.
