This off-road Empire State Trail section begins in New Paltz (various public parking options are available in the Village). The route follows the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail 13 miles north to where the trail ends at a parking area at the intersection of Route 32 and Rockwell Lane (2 miles south of downtown Kingston).
