How do I fix messed up UGGs?
- Use cold water to moisten the outside of your boots.
- Mix the sheepskin conditioner and the wool detergent in a bucket.
- Dip a sponge into the solution and then gently rub the outside of the Ugg boots where they are wet.
- Dip the sponge into the solution again and then clean the inside of the Ugg boot.
Can I exchange my UGGs at journeys?
We allow all merchandise in new condition, with original receipt, to be returned for a full refund or exchange within 365 days of purchase. Shipping charges are excluded.

Can you exchange UGGs without a receipt?

We do however request that you complete the return form online, print it, and include it inside the package with your return to help us better assist you.
