What is a HyperDeck used for?

HyperDeck Studio lets you record broadcast quality video files directly onto SD cards and SSD media! The new redesigned HyperDeck Studios feature modern design with more codecs and quieter cooling. All models now support recording to H. 264, Apple ProRes or DNxHD files with either PCM or AAC audio.

How do I connect to HyperDeck?

Simply plug a standard IEC cable to your HyperDeck’s power input on the rear panel. You can also power your HyperDeck Studio Mini via Ethernet by plugging into a compatible Ethernet switch that supports PoE+, or ‘power over Ethernet plus’. Connect power to your HyperDeck Mini using a standard IEC power cable.
