What is Tresaderm drops for?

Tresaderm contains an antifungal (thiabendazole), corticosteroid (dexamethasone), and broad-spectrum antibiotic (neomycin) to treat inflammation as well as bacterial and dermatophyte fungal infections (ringworm) of the ear and skin.
