How do I track my package from Disney sent home?
You could call Merchandise Guest Services at 877-560-6477 to inquire about your package. Currently, they can be reached from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. When we shipped our droids, we also received a pink receipt that included a Ship Doc number. Our package came via UPS Ground shipping.
