Does Easypay MetroCard expire?
Like any other MetroCard, your EasyPay MetroCard eventually expires. The expiration date is on the back of the card. We will send you a replacement card a few weeks before your old one expires. Please destroy your expiring card immediately.

How long does it take for EasyPay?
Once you are at the branch with an EPE consultant the entire process will not take longer than 10 minutes. Your EPE card will be issued immediately.

Where is account number on EasyPay MetroCard?
depending on how your account is setup. if you have email notifications turn on that tell you when to add money to your card, the account number is on that email. This is the only way I’ve ever been able to figure out the account number. Call them. I just found it on the letter they sent.
