Can you fish at Refugio State Beach?

Refugio State Beach tends to be a high-use location for its cluster. These beaches are sandy on high tide, but become a rocky, cobblestone beach during low tide. Anglers tend to fish right out in front of the day use lot, although it’s not uncommon to find them around the point to the west as well.
