When should you worm a horse Equest?
Faecal worm egg counts (WECs) can be carried out from March-April onwards and these should be done every 2-3 months throughout the grazing season. Tapeworms do not show up reliably in WECs, but we can test for these separately by taking a blood sample or a saliva sample.
