How long are national Theatre vouchers valid for?
Gift Membership can be bought for any level of National Theatre membership, and are valid for 12 months from when they are redeemed.
Can you take food and drink into the Lyceum Theatre?
Food & Drink: Snacks and drinks in plastic containers are allowed in the auditorium and hot food is prohibited. Drinks purchased from the bar must be transferred into plastic cups before being taken inside the auditorium.

Can I get a refund on Theatre vouchers?
Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased other than for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions. If you cancel your ticket or do not attend the Event, the ticket price will not be refunded.
Are my Theatre vouchers still valid?
Theatre Tokens have no expiry date so as long as they haven’t already been redeemed you can use them. For security reasons, some older versions of our Theatre Tokens will need to be replaced before using.
Can you take a backpack to the Lyceum Theatre?
The Lyceum Theatre continues to make the safety and security of its customers and staff a priority. As such, please bear in mind that we may undertake bag checks, so recommend you leave extra time to avoid queues, and refrain from bringing suitcases, rucksacks and large bags into the Theatre.

Exchanges must be for the same run of the show and at the same venue. Exchanges must be for tickets of the same value or higher. The exchange must take place 48 hours before the start of the performance.
