Are dogs allowed at Fowler Park Cumming?
Fowler Park is also home to a five acre multi-purpose field where you and your pupperoni can enjoy a game of fetch or tug. Just be sure to bring along a ball, frisbee, or tug toy from home. Park officials do ask that all dogs be current on vaccinations and have an up to date city dog license.

Why are Indian Seats called?
It is believed that Native Americans may have used a natural clearing atop the mountain called the Indian Seats for ceremonial purposes. As white settlers migrated to the area, now known as Cumming, a local Cherokee named Sawnee helped them adjust to the native land.

Can dogs go to Tallulah Falls?
Tallulah Falls Rail-Trail is pet-friendly. This 1.7-mile paved circuit throughout the Tallulah Gorge State Park used to be a railroad line. While the trail does not approach the gorge itself, it does include a bridge over the Tallulah River. Leashed dogs are welcome.
