Where do I find Triss Merigold?
When you talk to Dandelion, he’ll reveal that Triss visited the sorceress, who lives in her chambers over the inn. Head up to the room and look around the area. Investigate and check the wall on the side of the room to find a peephole. There’s also a huge blood pool on the floor (too much blood, Geralt notes).

Where can I find Triss after she leaves?
Basically you have to finish all the sidequests related to Triss/quests that might need Triss to solve before starting Now or Never or you’ll have to wait until she shows up again in KM, or even later. There’s the crystal you mentioned, and also the soldier statuette quest.
Do you see Triss again after lighthouse?
If you want Triss to love you back, then you have to tell her to stay with you and that you love her. She will then come back after sailing away at the end of the quest, before getting a little more intimate at a lighthouse.
Can you tell Triss to stay without romancing her?
The only way to get Triss to stay with immediately after she’s gotten all of the mages on the boat is to say you love her and start the romance with her. Otherwise she will always leave and then be called back by Yen when things get ready for the battle at Kaer Morhen.
Does Triss leave forever?
You can convince her to stay after the Now or Never quest, but that will put Geralt into a romance with her. If she leaves, she will come back later in the game anyway and you can complete the quests you still have left.
