What is Septa key card?

Does Upenn allow cars on campus?
Faculty, staff, and students must apply for a parking permit for all motor vehicles (including two- and three-wheeled vehicles) if they park or expect to park on the University grounds. Fees will be charged and decals issued which will allow vehicles to be parked in specific parking areas assigned to them.
Does Seton Hall allow cars?

Additional parking options are available at Pennsylvania Hospital, which is just a short walk from Penn Medicine Washington Square. Patients and their guests will need to get their tickets validated at the lobby desk in order to receive these rates.
Can you use septa key card for two people?
The SEPTA Key Card is intended to be used by just one person, which is why we encourage everyone to register their Card as soon as they buy it and load a fare.
How do I link my septa card to WageWorks?
Converting to the SEPTA Key reloadable transit fare card requires a three-step process:
- Buy a SEPTA Key Card at any of these locations; septa.org/key/resources/sales.html.
- Register / activate your SEPTA Key Card at www.septakey.org.
- Log in to your WageWorks account to transition your pass to SEPTA Key.
How do I get to Upenn from the airport?
SEPTA Airport Express Train The Airport Express Train, R1, leaves every half-hour, stops at the various airport terminals, and will take you either to the University City Station on Convention Avenue or to 30th Street Station. The fare is $7.00 and the ride takes 18 minutes to the University City Station.
Will Penn State tow my car?
Any vehicles backed into 90-degree angled spaces and vehicles without a valid state-issued or Transportation Services-issued front license plate backed into spaces in all other areas are subject to ticketing and/or towing at the owner’s expense.
