What is TrackMan Optimizer?

0. This video provides an overview of the TrackMan Optimzer feature and includes examples of how it works. The Optimizer will provide optimal values for the user and golfer in as little as one shot. Optimal values will automatically be generated and displayed based on the golfer’s trajectory preference.

What are good TrackMan numbers for driver?

Based on swing speed, here are the ‘preferred’ Trackman numbers to hit your drives farther

  • “Very Fast” swing speed (more than 105 mph with the driver)
  • “Fast” swing speed (97-104 mph)
  • “Average” swing speed (84-96 mph)
  • “Slow” swing speed (72-83 mph)
  • “Ladies” (less than 72 mph)

How far is 160 ball speed?

Ideal Numbers:

160 mph 12-16+* 271 yards
150 mph 13-16.5+* 252 yards
140 mph 14-17+* 233 yards
130 mph 14.5-17* 215 yards

Is 135 mph ball speed good?

Most golfers that we test on the TrackMan II have a ball speed of 125 to 135 mph, which means they should be playing a 10.5 to 11 degree driver.

Normalization is a feature available throughout the TrackMan platforms. This feature can be found in the TrackMan Performance Studio (TPS) software as well as the iPhone and iPad app. The purpose of Normalization is to provide the user and golfer standardized information about the golf shot’s carry, side, and total.
