I’m extremely happy with Windows 10 Build 10159 on both my WinBook TW700 (7″) and TW100 (10.1′). Note that on the 8″ & 10.1″ you need the TouchSetting.gt file from the c:;\\windows\\inf directory to get the touch settings correct.
