Is Man United ticket office open on match day?
The shop will be open on both the match day itself and the following day – again the United website should provide all you need. I believe the stadium tour and museum will be open on the Sunday (NOT the matchday). Particularly for the stadium tour – you should check if you need to pre-book.

Can I bring a backpack into Old Trafford?
We have restrictions on the size of bags allowed onto the stadium footprint. Any bags larger than the permitted size. 20cm x 15cm x 5cm (8″ x 6″ x 2″), will not be allowed onto the stadium footprint and must be deposited at a bag drop and collected at the conclusion of the fixture.
