What is an L32 engine?
The L32 is a supercharged Series III. Introduced in 2004, the main differences between the L67 and the L32 are the L32’s electronic throttle control, slightly improved cylinder head design, and updated Eaton supercharger, the Generation 5 M90. Power output is up to 260 hp (194 kW) in the Grand Prix GTP.
Is GM 3400 a good motor?
It makes good, useable torque, but the numbers seem to be pretty lean from an engine of that displacement. It is definately an old design.

Turbo-fours are lighter, more efficient, and can be more powerful than a naturally aspirated V6. The only thing that a V6 will always do better is towing capacity.
How much power can you get out of an L67?
Stock L67 are 240 Crank HP. For reliablity, if you run premium, 400-450 wheel horsepower on a turbo L67will be very reliable as far as the engine goes…the tranny on the other hand will have problems unless its built.
