Is Hatch the same as Wilcom?

Wilcom is known for EmbroideryStudio e4, a professional embroidery digitizing software. Unfortunately it is out of the reach of for many customers since it costs many thousands of dollars. To address this Wilcom introduced a new embroidery digitizing software called Wilcom Hatch.

What language is Wilcom?

As of now Wilcom software is available in 10 languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Dutch, French, German, Italian and, most recently, Swedish.

What files can Wilcom open?

To open a design

Filter Files
All-in-one design files All design files supported by EmbroideryStudio including JAN and ART.
All machine files Filter by machine file format only. No design files.
All embroidery files All supported ‘design’ and ‘machine’ files.

How much does hatch by Wilcom cost?

How do I import a picture into Wilcom?

To import a graphic image

  1. 1Click the Import Graphic icon or select File > Import Graphic.
  2. 2Navigate to the graphics folder.
  3. 3Filter the Files of Type list as required – e.g. ‘BMP’.
  4. 4Select a file and click Open.
  5. 5Scale and transform the image on-screen or via the Property and Transform toolbars.
