What cards should you disenchant?
The safest cards to disenchant are bad cards from Classic set, since we had all the time in the world to determine that they’re bad. Cards like Gruul or Nat Pagle have never seen competitive play, and so are cards that you can safely get rid of without worrying that they will be playable in the future.
How do you disenchant legendary?
All you need to to is drag and drop the legendary item you want to destroy into the window. The Runecarver will refund you all Soul Ash / Soul Cinders you’ve spent crafting that Legendary item. A five-second failsafe timer will start when you select the “Destroy” option.

Blizzard have announced that Legendary Scrapping is being added in Patch 9.1. 5 and you will get a full refund on Soul Ash and Soul Cinders when a Legendary is scrapped!
