Lagunitas Brewing likely won’t reopen its Chicago taproom until at least 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the brewery’s chief marketing officer said last week. The taproom, which opened in 2014, is situated directly above the brewery, in the center of Lagunitas’ South Side building.
