How do I Crossbrush my artificial grass?
You should brush your lawn using a method that we call ‘cross-brushing’. This means that you brush the grass in the opposite direction of the artificial fibres. You will notice that all synthetic turf has a slight pile direction, i.e. the fibres are slightly leaning in the same direction.
Can I jet wash my artificial grass?
Yes! Power washing the turf will clean the artificial grass quickly. Take care not to power wash solids. Pick up any solids including pet faeces before power washing.
Why does my artificial grass look flat?
Often, installers do not add enough infill to brand new systems. This can leave your artificial turf looking flat from the beginning and after years of use, turf fibers eventually flatten in every artificial grass landscape, even in systems installed with the recommended amount of infill.
Should artificial grass be perfectly flat?

Can you use boiling water on artificial grass?
Boiling Water – Boiling water can be used to kill greenery popping up where it shouldn’t be and ensures roots can’t grow back. However, be warned – boiling water does destroy ALL plant-life so be VERY careful if using near to an area you have flowers, trees or bushes growing.
Is 25mm artificial grass good?
For those that like the look of freshly cut grass, anything between 25-30mm is a good choice. For a natural looking lawn, we recommend choosing something between 30-38mm.
