How much health do Skyrim guards have?
They level with the player. My current character is level 10, and using the mfg console I determined that a Falkreath guard has 252 health. They stop leveling at level 50… I can only assume at adept difficulty they have about 320 health when they are level 50.

its harmless just annoying. In the area of the gaurds going “wait I know you” just commit a random crime like stealing something in a way that gets you seen or just hit a gard and seath your weapon (thats how you say you submit) and pay the bounty it SHOULD fix the “wait I know you” all the time.

Your bounty is not high enough to get the options. He can’t be bothered, currently. If your bounty is between 101 and 1000 gold, inclusive, guards may repeatedly say “Wait… I know you” without ever offering the option to pay your bounty.
Why do the whiterun guards say wait I know you?
